What is My Personalized Offerings?

My Personalized Offerings is a single enrollment tool available to all customers that uses pre-populated account information and self-provided household details to share energy assistance recommendations for your family.

Programs and resources available include:

  • Budget Plan
  • Home Energy Analysis
  • Custom bill due date
  • Billing and payment alerts
  • Michigan-based assistance
  • And more to come

How Does it Work?

My Personalized Offerings is simple, confidential and accessible anytime you’re logged into your account on the web or through the mobile app.

Step 1: Log in to your Consumers Energy account and access My Personalized Offerings from the Home, Account Details or Payment Confirmation page.

Step 2: We take your existing account data and answers to a few questions, like household size, yearly income, whether you have central AC or wi-fi, and only show the programs and resources you’re eligible for.

Step 3: Review your recommendations and select all or individual programs you’re interested in.

Step 4: Complete your program enrollment(s), and we’ll tell you what happens next.

What’s the Cost or Catch?

We know today’s cost isn’t the same as the good ol’ days. That’s why you can count on us for ways to help you manage it all.  My Personalized Offerings is free and accessible to all customers. While some solutions, like our Budget Plan, have eligibility requirements, we do our homework behind the scenes to deliver transparent and tailored options at your fingertips.
